FBS believes industry involvement is a crucial part of providing the best management services in San Diego.  We must consistently improve and learn. We do this by participating in and leading major local and state organizations. Please see below:

Our industry involvement is a benefit to homeowners and residents alike. With the ever changing rules and regulations it is imperative to have a finger on the pulse. Actively involving ourselves with legislation and having a seat at the table is so important.  Our goal is to encourage more housing and ethical business practice within the industry. A win win for both homeowners and residents.

Likewise, We believe industry involvement is crucial to your career in Property Management. Participating at the local, state, and national levels is so important! Each can provide education and advocacy in a way you could never do on your own. The connections and networking are perks, but to really invest in your career means investing in the industry. We encourage anyone in Property Management in San Diego to consider joining the many industry associations available. Be involved for your clients, customers, and company as a whole. While Property management used to be a side gig or hobby, the laws and constant training make this a career worth investing in. You may also have some fun at the golf tournaments! Or you could win some industry awards!
