Except in cases of emergency, all requests for repairs, and all notices regarding the condition of the Property should be made to us in writing through your online portal. This will ensure that we receive and properly process your request or notice. In the event of a leak, loss of only bathroom or fire – please do what you can to stabilize the situation and call 619-286-7600 – follow the prompts! Don’t forget to leave your name, phone number and address of the property.
Your request is important to us, but things do happen. For an emergency- If you do not hear back in an hour, please call again. For a routine maintenance request, please allow 1-2 business days for a suppliers to be assigned. Please remember, we do not own the property you live in, and may need additional estimates and/or approval from the owner before work can begin. You will need to allow access to the vendors assigned, they will reach out to schedule a convenient time. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
