Lucinda Lilley, served as the 2019 and 2020 IREM San Diego Chapter President. Through her commitment to industry and business ethics, she has led FBS and the industry. She is an active member within the organization an holds many designations, including a CPM. In addition to her accomplishments, Jay Sheinok also holds his CPM. The CPM, Certified Property Manager is an important designation to investment property owners. FBS has also been named, AMO of the Year!
